The Real Iron Man
I know Halloween is over, but I could not help post this one I just ran across. Ingenious costume.
It fits well with the many Iron Man theme songs (one example below):

Re Iron Man (and that is a great costume!): Have I ever told you that my old high school football team was known as the Steelmen but also nicknamed the Iron Avalanche? I know there's a bit of confusion there, but it seemed to work for the team.
I hope they never rusted.
I'm glad you posted this one. Great costume. I like the thought of an iron man triathlon with competitors all outfitted this way. I'm not sure if the costume would help or hinder during the swim.

Nice! The party got out of hand when Iron man had too much to drink, got steamed and took a swing at "wrinkled shirt guy".
That is a great design - and terrifying, too, for someone who has never seen the bottom of the ironing basket and never will.
And just think: he could lean against a wall, and given enough time, burn through it.
