"DALLAS" is coming back next year. As a fan of the old show, I think this revival seems to be hitting the right notes:
I've been in Dallas once. I did not see the Southfork ranch, but it is nearby. It is a tourist attraction, and a place for weddings and other gatherings. But for the life of me I can't imagine why a new bride and groom would want their married life to start out with associations with the cheating and conniving married couples from "DALLAS":

I did however get a nice picture of the Dallas skyline. The sky at the time was Gary Indiana gunmetal gray, which made for a gloomy photo. So I put in a better sky:

I like your new sky!
I never did get in to Dallas. My current night time soaps are Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy (which pretends to be a medical show, but is really a soap.)
What do we have to do to get you to tell us about your second night time soap?
Ha! Inquiring minds want to know... what is that second soap?
I recall when the big deal was "Who shot J.R.?" We were laughing about that the other night. There were billboards all over town asking the question... yet neither of us can remember who did shoot J.R. And the man could not remember Aquaman being in it.
I don't usually watch soaps in the day or night. But I will likely check Dallas out.
I love that last pic!
Who can forget,"Who shot J.R.?" That was a hoot and rather disappointing.
I probably won't tune in due to the fact, that I know there will be explicit sex scenes, and I just don't want that in my house.
However, I may take a peak of the first episode just to see the original actors and actresses.
Silly Rabbit: It's all here
Laura: Glad you liked the photo. I just can't imagine watching Desperate or Gray's.
Leticia: I can't imagine JR and his clan would be good role models, either.
No, they are not, except for Bobby aka aqua-man. The rest are basically drunks.
I used to have the hots for Sue Ellen, the way that her make-up used to run when she cried, ESPECIALLY.
